Mentorship Program
Mentorship and Community for Law Students and Practitioners!
Unlike traditional mentorship programs that match mentors and mentees one-to-one, the OGALLA Mentorship Program is designed to cast a wide net to allow natural professional relationships to develop. OGALLA Mentorship invites attorneys who are BIPOC, Gender Non-Conforming and Transgender and General LGBTQ+ to attend the OGALLA Mentorship Socials where all queer attorneys and law students are welcome.
This Program aims to offer extensive opportunities for professional development and networking while fostering a safe space to connect, gain support and build a legal community. Aside from meeting regularly as a group, participants have the opportunity to socialize and network with other other law students and various practitioners who attend to provide their expertise and offer additional perspectives while developing new connections.
OGALLA’s goal is to provide developing LGBTQ+ lawyers with a pathway to success and to thrive in the Oregon legal community—our community is stronger together!
